You can link up to your flights with Metrolink (Mon-Fri only) and Amtrak at the Burbank Bob Hope Airport Train Station within walking distance of the main terminal. There is a free Lot C shuttle to and from the train station, also available from the first shuttle island across from the terminal. From the shuttle island, ask the driver to drop you off at the station; if you're at the train station, pick up the Airport phone to order a shuttle. See the train schedule between Burbank Bob Hope Airport Train Station and L.A. Union Station here. The most recent combined timetable for the Amtrak, Metrolink, and Coaster trains in the LOSSAN Rail Corridor can be found here.
The Airport is also a stop on Metro bus lines and the City of Burbank Burbank Bus, which connects with Downtown Burbank and the Metro Red Line in North Hollywood, which connects with Universal Studios.
The Airport also offers free shuttle service between the Airport and the Downtown Burbank Metrolink Station. In addition, there is a free shuttle service from the North Hollywood Metro Station to the Airport. Contact SuperShuttle at the shuttle island in front of the terminal for on-demand service from the Airport; call 818-558-3179 for pickup at both stations to reach the Airport; or call 1-800-224-7767 to make advance reservations.
